This 1 litre refill pack of silica gel replaces the drying granulate inside Aqua Medic's air dryer canister, the inline unit that pulls moisture out of air before it's fed to sensitive equipment such as an ozone generator.
Humid air is the enemy of ozone production — ozone output can drop sharply once supply air picks up moisture, which is exactly what the air dryer canister is there to prevent. This refill restores it to full working order.

Care and maintenance
Check the granulate colour periodically. Once it has turned from orange to blue, replace it, or remove it to dry out and reuse. Aqua Medic doesn't publish a specific regeneration time or temperature for this pack, so if you plan to regenerate rather than replace, dry cautiously and check the colour has reverted before refitting.

This refill is designed for Aqua Medic's air dryer canister, which is documented for use ahead of an ozone generator. We haven't been able to confirm a CO2 calcium-reactor line application from Aqua Medic, so if that's your use case, check with us before ordering.
