Suitable for large ponds up to 30,000 litres, aquaculture systems and multi-tank holding setups. Output falls as depth and airline length add back-pressure, so keep diffusers at shallow to medium depth. Not submersible, and more pump than a small pond needs; the smaller Heavy Duty models suit those.

Mains powered. Mount it in a dry, ventilated, sheltered spot above the water level where rain and flooding cannot reach it, run it from an RCD (safety switch) protected outlet, and fit check valves (one-way valves) in the airline so water cannot siphon back down into the pump.
