Eco Tech Flat Pack Glass Terrarium - 120 x 60 x 45
More floor space for reptiles that need to stretch out, not climb up. The Eco Tech Flat Pack Glass Terrarium 120 x 60 x 45 cm is a large, low-profile glass enclosure built for ground-dwelling reptiles, amphibians and invertebrates that use floor area rather than height — bearded dragons, blue-tongue skinks, larger geckos and similar species. It ships flat-packed for manageable freight on a large glass item, and assembles into a front-opening enclosure with a ventilated mesh lid.
Key features
- 5 mm glass construction — a solid, crystal-clear build.
- Sliding glass front doors with a glass lock — full-width access for handling, feeding and cleaning, secured with the included lock.
- Ventilated mesh top lid — airflow for the enclosure and a mounting surface for heat and UVB fixtures.
- Raised base — clearance underneath for a heat pad or cabling, and enough depth up top for deep substrate or a bio-active setup.
- Rear cable access ports — run probe leads and power cords through the back panel instead of propping a door open.
- Flat-pack delivery — arrives disassembled to keep freight manageable on a large glass enclosure, and goes together without special tools.

Will it fit my setup?
At 45 cm high, this is the low, wide option in the Eco Tech flat-pack range — better suited to a species that patrols the floor than one that climbs. If your reptile spends its time on branches and vertical surfaces, the matching 120 x 60 x 60 cm model in this range gives an extra 15 cm of height on the same footprint.
What's included / what you'll still need
The flat-pack ships with the glass panels, mesh lid, sliding front doors and glass lock. It does not include heating, lighting, a thermostat, substrate or décor — these need to be added separately for your species.
Suitable for, and not suitable for
- Suitable for reptiles, amphibians and invertebrates that use floor space, kept as a dry, bio-active-capable enclosure.
- Not suitable for holding water — this is a terrarium, not an aquarium, and isn't sealed for aquatic use.
- Not suitable as a shipping container — assemble it in its final position rather than moving it once built.
Care and assembly
Assemble on a flat, level, load-rated surface — once substrate, décor and equipment are added, a glass enclosure this size carries real weight even though it never holds water. Handle glass panels by the edges with both hands during assembly. Clean the glass with a reptile-safe, ammonia-free cleaner; household ammonia-based cleaners can be harmful to reptiles even after wiping down.
Warranty and delivery
Contact Nick's Aquarium Oceanarium Terrarium for manufacturer warranty terms on this enclosure, which apply in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. As a large flat-packed glass item, freight cost and delivery timeframe will vary by location — check the checkout estimate for your postcode, and inspect all panels for transit damage before assembling.
Common questions
Can I use this as an aquarium?
No. It's built and glazed as a terrarium, not a sealed aquatic tank, and is not suitable to be filled with water.
What size reptile does this suit?
Its 120 x 60 cm floor area suits larger ground-dwelling species such as bearded dragons and blue-tongue skinks. Check your species' recommended minimum enclosure size before buying.
Does it come with heating or lighting?
No. The mesh lid is designed to take heat and UVB fixtures, but these are sold separately, along with a thermostat.
How is it delivered?
Flat-packed, as individual glass panels, to keep freight manageable on a large enclosure. It assembles on site without special tools.
Can I set it up as bio-active?
Yes — the raised front and base are designed to take deep substrate for a bio-active or burrowing setup.
