Radion Lower Cover
A cracked or discoloured lower cover is a cosmetic problem, not a performance one – but it's an easy fix. This is the genuine EcoTech Marine lower cover for the Radion G5 LED fixture, the moulded panel that closes off the underside of the light body around the lens array. It's sold to suit two G5 models – the compact XR15 G5 and the wider XR30 G5 – so check the fixture printed on your Radion's housing before ordering.

Suitable for Radion XR15 G5 and Radion XR30 G5 fixtures needing a cosmetic or protective lower cover replacement. Not suitable for Radion G3, G4 or G6 fixtures, which use different lower cover mouldings and are not sold under this listing.
What's included
One lower cover, sized to the variant selected. Mounting screws and any washer hardware are not included with this listing – reuse the originals from your fixture unless they're also damaged.
Care and maintenance
My cover looks cracked around the screw holes – is that covered separately?
EcoTech has acknowledged a moulding issue on early G5 lower covers where the countersunk screw holes were prone to stress-cracking on assembly, fixed on current production with captive washers behind each hole. If your fixture is still within warranty, contact EcoTech Marine support with your serial number before buying a replacement – you may be sent a factory replacement kit at no charge.

Common questions
How do I know if I need the XR15 or XR30 cover?
Check the model printed on the Radion's housing, or measure the fixture – the XR15 G5 body is roughly 18 cm square, the XR30 G5 is a wider rectangle. The two covers are not interchangeable.
Will this fit my G6 Radion?
No. The G6 uses a different housing and lower cover to the G5 – this listing is G5 only.
Does fitting a new cover affect the fixture's water resistance or warranty?
The lower cover is a cosmetic and protective panel rather than a sealed enclosure boundary, but if your fixture is still under manufacturer warranty, check with EcoTech Marine support before opening the housing yourself.
